CJF Motorcycle Accessories can not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages that arise out of or are related to the purchase or use of any our products.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

The best way to buy is online using our secure credit card option or if you prefer our PayPal or Google portal. Our payment system is 100% secure. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We quote for shipping based on the value of the order. For UK all orders under £10 we charge £2.95, under £30 we charge £3.95, everything else is FREE!! . We will normally process and despatch your order within 2-4 working days giving you an estimated delivery time of 3-6 working days. Occasionally some items may be out of stock and will requiring ordering from our supplier. If a delay is expected we will contact you and give you the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it.

All items purchased from CJF Motorcycle Accessories come with a 1 year manufacturer guarantee. All you need to do is contact us to obtain an RMA number then click here and fill in the returns form. We will be happy to send you either an identical replacement or an equivalent product.

Returns Policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days for a full refund less the delivery cost if they meet the following criteria.

1) They are unused and in resalable condition. The removing of tags signifies that the item has been used.
2) They are returned undamaged in their original manufacturer packaging along with the packaging we used to send the item to you. We reserve the right to charge for the replacement of damaged packaging.
3) You contact us by email (returns@cjfmotorcycles.com) notifying us that an item is to be returned. Please waiting for us to confirm your RMA number before returning your goods.
4) The industry standard is that helmets are non-refundable, this is because they are a safety device and it is in place to protect the consumer. However, if a helmet has no sign what so ever of usage, i.e boxed, tags still on, label on visor then we will process a refund once returned. If there is any sign of use then the customer will be charged for return postage of the helmet.

You are responsible for returning the item therefore purchase adequate insurance that covers the cost of the item along with recorded delivery. CJF Motorcycle Accessories takes no responsibility for any items that are not packaged suitably and are damaged in transit. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed and cleared.

For faulty items please contact us prior to returning so we can confirm the fault. It is important that you check the item prior to signing for it to confirm there is no damage to it. Damaged items should not be signed for. Please contact us within 24hours of receiving any damaged items.
